Dedicated Reefer Team Truck Driver
Average Pay:
$1,530-$1,870 weekly Home Time:
Weekly Experience:
All CDL holders Overview: Transport fresh produce using reefer trailers. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight for a smoother driving experience. Complete 3-5 loads weekly, with 2-3 stop-offs per load. Work in a team configuration, with possible nighttime driving depending on your shifts. Drive within states including IL, IN, KY, MI, MN, OH, PA, and WI. Bring along your furry friend as part of our Team Pet Policy. Pay and Bonus Potential: Benefit from mileage pay along with hourly compensation while on duty, not in motion. Earn weekly performance pay. Receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus distributed over your first year for experienced drivers. Orientation is paid. Gain paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 holidays per year. Annual bonus opportunity: Earn up to 2% of your annual gross pay each year. Qualifications: Must be a pre-formed driving team. Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required. Applicants must reside within 50 miles of select cities such as Akron, Denver, Harrisburg, Indianapolis, Nazareth, or Pittsburgh, or 140 miles of Chicago or Gary. Looking for CDL training?
