CMM Programmer, Industrial Manufacturing
The CMM Programmer, Industrial Manufacturing will: Develop and optimize CMM programs using PC-DMIS for all stages of machined parts Interpret and apply GD&T to ensure accurate feature inspection Perform inspections to validate part conformance and identify deviations Document inspection results, measurement data, and non-conformance reports Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues Support root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions Assist with training inspectors on CMM usage and inspection methods Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities Maintain organized, traceable inspection records and reports Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Provide feedback on manufacturability and inspection feasibility Contribute to sustaining a high-performance quality culture Be onsite at our Medford, MA facility MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
