Job Title: Analyst Financial Services 3 Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite) TECHNICAL SKILLS - Must Have Data Analytics Experience with Alteryx workflows Supports stakeholder data analysis and reporting functions within the organization. Responsible for daily, weekly, and month-end close processes, forecasting, detailed customer data review, analysis, and reporting. Manages dashboard reporting processes and performs day-to-day analysis to provide quality information for decision-making. Provides solutions to problems of varying scope and complexity, often without standardized procedures or direct supervision. Tasks and Responsibilities Analyze historical data and trends, collaborate with analyst groups and management to explain findings, and assist/manage the month-end close process. Monitor risk mitigation activities, prepare reports, and provide solutions as needed. Develop and manage customer dashboards and reporting tools. Reconcile and report for executive dashboards across business areas. Lead annual benchmarking data collection from systems and stakeholders. Improve processes related to customer data analysis and reporting. Handle information requests, prepare reports, and develop solutions. Assist with system, reporting, and dashboard development projects. Conduct customer analysis and modeling to support business decisions, including trend, valuation, and segmentation analysis. Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed. Support customer reporting, data mapping, and system integration efforts. Provide training to internal and external customers. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or GED Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and meet goals Effective interpersonal and customer service skills Active learning of relevant concepts and procedures Decision-making capabilities Teamwork and coordination skills Operational and administrative focus Knowledge of financial subjects, accounting, and business environments Ability to identify trends and advise accordingly Reconciliation skills Excellent presentation and reporting skills Knowledge of customer-related subjects, financial/accounting, and business Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting or Finance) or related experience Proficiency in SAP, PowerPoint, Visio, Access/Oracle, ARM, GIS, BI Reporting Extensive experience with Excel, Tableau, or Alteryx Programming skills in SQL, VBA, Python, R, or SAS Proven experience as a data analyst Ability to manipulate large datasets for insights Working Environment Indoor setting, operating computers, manual dexterity, communication, and repetitive motions. Ability to travel for meetings and training. Physical Demands Occasional exertion up to 10 pounds, mostly sedentary work involving sitting, with occasional walking and standing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
