Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development: Craft and execute detailed implementation roadmaps for Dynamics 365, aligning with client objectives and ensuring seamless CRM and ERP integration. Organizational Analysis: Conduct assessments to identify process optimization and automation opportunities through Dynamics 365. Team Structure Planning: Advise on organizational and team structures to support the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Configuration and Implementation Support: Provide hands-on configuration and support across Dynamics 365 modules, from pilots to major rollouts. Customer Service Module Deployment: Lead deployment, including setting up work centers and self-service features. HR and Finance Module Pilots: Oversee pilot implementations, ensuring customization to client needs. Collaborative Leadership: Foster cross-department collaboration for unified implementation. Training and User Support: Deliver training and ongoing support to maximize platform adoption. Continuous Improvement: Assess system performance and lead enhancement initiatives. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field. Successful experience leading Dynamics 365 implementations with a strong project portfolio. Expertise in Dynamics 365 capabilities, configuration, and integration strategies. Strong project management skills for guiding cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification preferred. Understanding of Dynamics 365 integration with other systems like Salesforce.
