Job Description
Job Title : Locum CRNA
Employment Status : 1099
Location : Central Michigan
Duration : 3-6 months, ongoing, starting October 22
Shifts : 7am - 3pm
Call : 3pm - 7am - CRNA call is OB only, call response time is 30 minutes
Job Type : Locum/Contract
Case Types : Endo, OB/GYN, peds, urology, ENT, general, oral, ortho, vascular, trauma, ophthalmology
Credentialing Timeframe : 90-120 days, but temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and unrestricted license
Special Requirements : Must have case logs with proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
EMR : EPIC
Supervision Model : 90% supervision
Job Summary : Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Locum CRNA to provide comprehensive anesthetic care across a variety of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent decision-making skills, and a patient-centered approach to care. This opportunity offers the flexibility of a locum arrangement while being part of a collaborative and respected medical team
Requirements • Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). • Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Michigan • 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in OB/GYN, general, trauma and ortho. • Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team. • Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care. • BLS and ACLS certification required (PALS required for pediatric settings)
