Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 8 hours with beeper call. Setting: Hospital Types of cases: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Vascular, Heads/Spine, Regional blocks Credentialing time: 90 days Requirements: Board certification, active Arizona license, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support. Blocks required and must provide case logs. No local candidates. Must be willing to float to local associated hospitals.
