12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Requirements
Candidates must have a license (required for submission). Local & travel allowed. Candidates living
COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

No block scheduling.
Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Shift/hours: friday/saturday/sunday
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 12/25/2025, 12/24/2025, 12/31/2025, 11/27/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
