Hospitalist Physician Job with Sound Physicians in St. Louis, MO

About the Role: We are hiring for a nocturnist position requiring overnight shifts (7 pm - 7 am). The role involves collaborating with an advanced practice provider to manage admissions, cross-coverage calls, and Rapid Responses. The team does not respond to Code Blue or admit/treat ICU patients.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified/eligible in family medicine or internal medicine.
- Open to all experience levels, including new graduates, residents, and fellows.
Team and Work Environment:
- Work with a well-established team of 28 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers at SSM DePaul.
- Opportunity to cross-credential and work at Lake St. Louis and St. Charles hospitals.
- Closed ICU setting, no procedures required.
Living in Bridgeton: A suburb of St. Louis, about 25 minutes from downtown, with excellent schools, access to international travel via Lambert Airport, and vibrant sports and cultural scenes.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $2,000 per shift for PRN Nocturnists.
- Paid malpractice insurance, including tail coverage.
