About the Role
The Company is seeking a Career Coach to serve as a liaison with local high schools, focusing on the recruitment and advising of students in career options. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing and promoting the Career Transitions Program, assisting students with career assessments, and collaboratively developing and delivering presentations and activities to facilitate career exploration and soft skills training. This role involves conducting classroom presentations, scheduling and hosting various tours, and coordinating job shadowing opportunities. The Career Coach will also be expected to maintain partnerships with relevant agencies and organizations, engage in professional learning activities, and ensure compliance with educational policies.
Applicants for the Career Coach position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of full-time related work experience. The role requires the ability to work effectively with high school students, as well as the use of technology for various tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive in seeking information about developing trends and ideas in career coaching and be committed to the professional development of their skills.
