You will oversee the help desk function, administer critical platforms like Business Central, GP, and FieldBoss CRM, and support the infrastructure and application environment company wide.
Day to Day Responsibilities Provide daily hands-on technical support for desktop systems, hardware, and applications Manage IT help desk operations, troubleshoot tickets, and resolve issues for both on-site and remote users Administer and support ERP and business-critical platforms including Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics GP, and FieldBoss CRM Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot local infrastructure, servers, and basic networking systems Onboard and offboard users, manage access rights, and maintain system documentation Coordinate with external vendors and consultants when needed for escalated support or project-based work Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, documentation, and response times Ensure technology systems are operating securely and reliably across all departments Desired Skills
Expert-level experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Microsoft Dynamics GP Prior exposure to FieldBoss CRM preferred Strong background in IT support, troubleshooting, and help desk ticket management Familiarity with server and infrastructure support (Windows environments) Excellent communication skills and the ability to support both technical and non-technical users Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks independently Relevant degree or certifications in IT, Computer Science, or related fields Industry familiarity with elevator or field service businesses is a plus, not require Role Details
Hybrid schedule: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote Competitive salary range: $90K to $100K High-visibility role supporting internal systems used across departments Stable company serving a specialized and essential services market
