What We're Looking For:
- Valid CNA Certification in Illinois
- CPR Certified (or willing to obtain)
- Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to lift/move residents and perform physical duties
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
- Must be eligible to work in a healthcare setting with no abuse-related convictions

What You'll Do:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Accurately chart and document care provided
- Promote dignity, respect, and quality of life for every resident
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and needs
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams
What We're Looking For:
- Valid CNA Certification in Illinois
