Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA- (PRN)
Location: 119-Southern Utah Veterans Home - Ivins, St. George, UT, 84738
Job Description:
The CNA will be responsible for providing direct care to residents with memory impairments. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, medication management, and monitoring residents' health and well-being. The PRN Shift CNA will work closely with the nursing team to ensure that residents receive high-quality care and will communicate any changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate staff members. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate and patient demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to work with individuals with memory impairments. Requirements: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Experience working with individuals with memory impairments preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and patient demeanor Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
