Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Intermediate Care for a travel nursing job in Wilmington, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Intermediate Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/15/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Minimum Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience on the cardiac floor required. Traveler Experience: Required UNLESS traveler has more than 24 months of cardiac experience. Skills: Cardiac Telemetry, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, Sheath Removal, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Post MI, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Titrate Cardiac drips, Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleuravac, External CPAP/BIPAP, Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management Certs: BLS & ACLS, NIHSS About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
