Senior Acute Pharmacy Technician, Oncology

Banner MD Anderson combines Banner Health, one of the country's largest nonprofit hospital systems, with MD Anderson, internationally renowned for its cancer treatment and research, to deliver unprecedented levels of cancer care in Arizona. As a Senior Acute Pharmacy Technician, Oncology you will spend at least 50% of each day sterile compounding in both a hazardous and a non-hazardous IV room. Other duties include unpacking drug deliveries, restocking the pharmacy, and medication delivery. Having a strong sterile compounding background, ability to work in a high pace IV room, and chemotherapy compounding experience is highly desired. You will have the opportunity to work in a very rewarding line of work, with a high functioning team that offers opportunity for professional growth. Your work schedule will be 10 hour shifts 7:00AM - 5:30PM Monday - Friday with a varied day off, rotation of every 8th weekend required.
