Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include: Preparing and organizing the operating room to ensure seamless surgical flow Upholding sterile environments and following rigorous infection control protocols Providing instruments and supplies to surgeons and their assistants with promptness Managing surgical instruments and equipment during each procedure Keeping track of supplies and ensuring everything is ready for upcoming surgeries Cooperating with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff for flawless care Accurately documenting surgical counts throughout the process Education Requirements:
Graduation from an approved Surgical Technology program High school diploma or equivalent necessary Certifications Needed:
Active
CST (Certified Surgical Technologist)
credential required BLS certification (or the ability to secure it within 90 days of employment) Key Skills and Attributes:
