North America General Manager / Head of Water Purification Channels (Remote) We are helping a fast-growing smart home technology company who is investing in international markets, with a strategic focus on North America. We’re looking for a hands-on, resourceful leader to spearhead their local business development efforts in this key region. What You Will Do: Lead the development and execution of market strategies in North America, with an initial focus on water purification products. Identify, open, and manage local channel partnerships — especially in offline retail and distribution. Work closely with a China-based HQ team to coordinate resources, reporting, and support. Help build and grow a local team from the ground up as the business scales. Represent the brand in local commercial negotiations, trade activities, and strategic partnerships. We Are Looking For: Proven experience in the home appliance or water purification sectors in North America. Deep familiarity with local market dynamics, distribution networks, and business practices. Existing channel resources or a strong track record of establishing and scaling new sales pipelines. A builder’s mindset: entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Open to all backgrounds and ethnicities. Chinese-speaking candidates with North America business experience are also welcome. Title: To be adjusted based on candidate seniority (e.g., North America GM, Channel Director, etc.) Work model: Remote, with business travel as needed. Compensation: Open and negotiable.
