The
Inventory Manager
ensures the flow of products in and out of the store, maintains the integrity of all non-perishable store inventory, and supports operational needs following the company’s inventory standard procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain the integrity of all non-perishable inventory and receiving procedures.
Ensure adequate inventory levels to support merchandising planograms.
Identify and resolve issues such as missing items, tags, or unauthorized items.
Review and close Open Adjustments, Transfers, and Load Bills via Soft Grocer.
Perform timely case-to-unit adjustments for various items.
Conduct regular audits and review inventory dashboards to correct errors.
Maintain the Flex Program and review DNF orders, adjusting as necessary.
Communicate with vendors and store management regarding inventory and deliveries.
Adhere to company policies and perform other duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
One to three years of related experience or equivalent education.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Retail Management Certificate is a plus.
Basic skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
