Join a lab offering cross-training opportunities and participation in cross-function process improvement teams. In Fiscal Year 2021, the lab performed 4.2 million tests, including 72,892 Anatomical Pathology tests, 189,392 SARS-CoV-2 tests, and 157,315 inpatient phlebotomy draws. The department employs over 190 medical laboratory professionals and offers opportunities for career advancement and growth, including career ladders for Phlebotomists and Lab Assistants. As a Clinical Department Supervisor of the Chemistry Lab, you will be responsible for the daily supervision of activities related to pathology and clinical laboratory services. Qualifications, Experience, Skills
Bachelor's degree in clinical/medical laboratory science or a related field with completion of a Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science program. Strong chemistry background preferred. Certification and Licensure required. ASCP or AMT registration. Excellent communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Additional Details
