A law firm seeks a Lateral Partner in Business Immigration to join their team. This position offers the flexibility of remote or hybrid work arrangements, allowing the successful candidate to lead their practice with autonomy while receiving operational support.
Duties
Manage and expand a client portfolio in business immigration. Provide strategic planning and counsel to ensure client compliance and proactive solutions. Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality legal services. Utilize a digital platform for efficient document exchange and tracking. Requirements
Licensed attorney with at least 7 years of experience in business immigration law or a related field. Established book of business with proven client loyalty and revenue generation. Expertise in U.S. and/or Canadian business immigration, focusing on long-term client relationships. Strong communication skills and a commitment to responsive client service. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree. Certifications
Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction. Skills
Proficiency in strategic planning and client counseling. Ability to manage and grow a client portfolio. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Autonomy to lead your practice within a supportive firm. Operational support including dedicated team access and customized SOPs. Flexible work arrangements (remote or hybrid).
