About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its dynamic team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in ensuring the achievement of both short- and long-term financial and operational goals, in alignment with the overall strategy of the organization. This executive will be responsible for all financial operations, including finance, treasury, accounting, revenue cycle, and value-based care and population health. The successful candidate will be a key advisor to the executive leadership team, the Board of Directors, and local leadership teams, and will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and performance improvement initiatives. A strong focus on financial stewardship, benchmarking, and standardization efforts is essential, as is the ability to lead and manage the organization's investment portfolio.
The ideal CFO for the company will have a proven track record in leading high-performing, growth-oriented organizations, with experience in independent system financial operations. They must be a decisive and collaborative leader, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, and committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and accountability. The role requires a finance leader who is visible, proactive, and an outstanding communicator, with a genuine ability to build strong connections both within the health system and the community. The CFO will be instrumental in shaping system strategies, providing leadership across the various entities, and ensuring the seamless coordination of business plans and growth-related activities.
