About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key partner in the strategic planning and financial health of the organization, with a focus on developing and implementing financial strategies that support business growth and ensure solid returns. This executive will be responsible for all financial operations, including working capital, capital expenditures, taxes, budgeting, and general accounting. The role requires a leader with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional leadership in financial controls, and strategic thinking. The CFO will also be involved in maintaining stable cash flow management, preparing financial reports for compliance, and leading the finance team in a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Candidates for the CFO position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in senior-level finance roles, preferably within professional services, and a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or an MBA. Deep expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and a strong knowledge of US GAAP are essential. Experience in public accounting, managing an audit, and M&A financial integration exposure are also required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in budget development, forecasting, and be adept at problem-solving. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and people skills are a must, as is the ability to partner with executive leadership and other financial teams to meet the company's financial needs.
