About the Role
The Company is seeking a visionary Chief Brand and Creative Officer to lead the evolution of its global brand strategy and creative expression. The successful candidate will be the strategic and creative force behind the brand, defining and driving a cohesive identity, voice, and experience across all touchpoints. This role requires a leader with a unique blend of strategic rigor, creative excellence, and the ability to inspire and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders. Key responsibilities include owning and evolving the global brand strategy, ensuring consistency of brand messaging, and championing the brand as a strategic asset. The Chief Brand and Creative Officer will also be responsible for leading a high-performing, multidisciplinary global team and fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
Applicants for the Chief Brand and Creative Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in brand and creative leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role within a global, consumer-facing, or enterprise tech brand. The role demands a visionary thinker and storyteller with a strong creative point of view, deep brand strategy experience, and a global mindset. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling iconic brands with measurable business impact, and be an inspirational leader with exceptional communication and influence skills.
