to our Land Development team. Join our passionate team of civil engineers and make a lasting impact on land development projects. We are looking for a self-motivated Land Development Project Manager with a can-do attitude and a passion for innovative solutions. You'll be technically knowledgeable with strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues to bring their vision to life. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating effective designs for a diverse range of projects - from senior living facilities to commercial spaces and vibrant neighborhoods. Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering Professional Engineering (PE) licensed in Washington. (Oregon a plus.) 10+ years of engineering experience. 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports and managing projects. Ability to manage projects independently. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all phases to deliver land development projectson-time and on-budget in a manner that exceeds our clients' expectations. Coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Ability to develop and foster authentic, long-lasting relationships with clients and further develop business opportunities. Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and documents. Including proposals, scopes of work, and budgets. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
