We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team and help us continue setting the standard for excellence in the field. Key responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day field operations and site activities for heavy civil construction projects (e.g., utilities, roadwork, bridges, sitework). Supervising and coordinating subcontractors, trades, and labor crews. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and quality control standards. Developing and maintaining project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager. Communicating effectively with clients, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams. Maintaining daily reports, field documentation, and site logistics plans. Troubleshooting field issues and implementing practical solutions in real time. Championing a culture of safety, accountability, and performance. Qualifications required: 5+ years of experience in civil construction, with at least 3 years in a Superintendent role. Proven track record overseeing large-scale sitework, utility, or roadway projects. In-depth knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and best practices. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and construction documents. Proficient in field management software, scheduling tools, and reporting systems. OSHA 30 certification required; other relevant safety credentials preferred. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
