Deputy Head of D&O Product, Financial Lines Join us as the Deputy Head of D&O Product to engage with AIG's leading underwriting, claims, and legal teams in a collaborative role. This role involves working alongside the Head of D&O Product and the broader AIG product team to develop and disseminate education, thought leadership, policy forms, and enhancements for the North American D&O portfolio. Key Responsibilities Develop D&O training materials and presentations to enhance product knowledge internally and externally across regions and business units. Research coverage issues, liability sources, and claims trends; present findings to stakeholders. Coordinate with claims to identify trends and ensure product realization. Guide and share knowledge on coverage issues and solutions. Draft thought leadership papers on claims trends and product offerings. Create broker-specific endorsement suites for D&O policy forms. Manage coverage enhancements for private non-profit and FI panels, maintaining organized systems for future updates. Assist in creating new D&O coverage sections for various policy forms. Maintain and update endorsement tools to ensure their effectiveness. Engage with legal counsel for securities panels and private non-profit D&O panels. Work with legal and regulatory teams on filings and rating plans. Promote efficient endorsement use with operational teams. Ensure underwriting best practices regarding coverage enhancements are followed for rating and profitability. Collaborate with senior leadership and departments across the organization. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Qualifications 5+ years in underwriting, brokerage, claims, legal, or related fields with project management experience. Strong communication skills, including presentations and training facilitation. Ability to identify issues, collaborate, learn quickly, influence, and manage multiple projects. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach. Technical expertise in Management Liability Products preferred. Knowledge of D&O products, features, forms, and regulatory environment preferred. We value in-person collaboration, with team members working four days a week in the office. This role can be based in any US office.
