Operations Manager
who will lead, motivate, and support a
Production/Restoration
division to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. This person will oversee all operational activities and pursue operational objectives. They should lead with a team-oriented mindset, value people, and focus on quality. Primary Responsibilities: Continuously pursue strategic and operational objectives. Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure a positive customer and client experience. Manage staff development of the
Production/Restoration
division. Work closely with the General Manager and Owner to ensure operations remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. Develop, implement, and oversee protocols to maintain facility, vehicles, equipment, and consumables. Review, document, and discuss operational outcomes and key measures with the General Manager and Owner. Analyze the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization's internal capacity. Maintain the development of leadership and management skills, as well as Restoration expertise. Perform other tasks/duties as required by the employer. Education and Experience Requirements: Associates or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Industry certifications strongly recommended. Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations. Minimum 3 years of management experience. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and management skills. Effective written and oral communication skills. Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction strongly preferred. Physical and Work Environment Requirements: This management position primarily involves working in an office environment. However, field visits and management will require activities at job sites, which may include lifting up to 50 pounds independently, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance, walking, standing for long periods, driving, climbing ladders, using scaffolding or lifts, pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects, working around chemicals, and working overhead. Employees may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, extreme conditions such as heat and noxious odors, and loud environments. Use of a respirator may occasionally be required for safety. Working Hours, Additional Hours, and Travel: This is a full-time position with hours from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, totaling 45 hours per week. Long hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required. Travel is primarily local, with some out-of-area and overnight travel expected.
