Role Overview We are looking for a passionate, business-oriented technologist with deep experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector to help drive measurable impact for our clients through data, AI, and analytics solutions. As an Associate Principal in Customer Success, you will: Serve as a strategic partner to senior client stakeholders in the automotive and manufacturing space. Lead and mentor teams in designing and delivering scalable analytics solutions across operations, supply chain, and commercial functions. Support business development efforts by identifying whitespace and expanding MathCo’s footprint within key accounts. Translate complex business challenges into actionable data solutions, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle. Be based in or willing to relocate to the Akron/Canton/Cleveland area to maintain a strong on-site presence with clients. Key Responsibilities Build and manage long-term client relationships with a focus on data-driven transformation in the automotive sector. Identify high-impact opportunities across manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial functions. Lead solutioning, proposal development, and account expansion strategies alongside delivery and sales teams. Guide cross-functional teams, ensuring quality execution and measurable business outcomes. Partner with global delivery leads in India to execute programs at scale using our hybrid operating model. Contribute to internal knowledge building and industry strategy for automotive accounts. Key Attributes & Experience 10+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, or data-driven roles within the automotive, tire, or industrial manufacturing industries. Proven experience solving problems in areas such as plant operations, warranty analytics, supply chain optimization, or commercial performance. Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to build executive-level relationships across business and IT functions. Strong understanding of data platforms, AI/ML solutions, and cloud architectures. Pre-sales or solution engineering experience with a track record of identifying new opportunities and driving account growth. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
