Janney Client Service Associates partner with our clients and prospective clients across inbound and outbound channels to support a wide range of dynamic needs-from resolving financial inquiries and supporting account maintenance, to engaging qualified prospects and coordinating new business opportunities. This role blends high-quality service delivery with proactive outreach and business development support, making it ideal for those passionate about both client experience and growth.

- Evaluating information from various sources to help identify and resolve issues or qualify leads. Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach to prospective clients from lead sources to identify needs, qualify interest, promote Janney solutions, and schedule meetings with advisors Monitor lead engagement trends and recommend process improvements to enhance conversion Recommend advisory solutions to clients, based on risk tolerance Handle inbound client requests, including balance inquiries, fund transfers, account maintenance, and trade instructions Collaborate with home office and branch staff to resolve client and prospect-related issues efficiently Maintain documentation and controls to ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm policies Complete ad hoc reporting and projects as required Requirements and Qualifications:
Two-four years of experience in financial services, preferably at a broker-dealer Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Strong MS Office skills; experience with Thomson preferred FINRA Series 7 (required) Series 63 and 65 (or 66) highly preferred or ability to become registered within 60 days Knowledge of advisory solutions preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone-based relationship building Strong customer service orientation with a growth and results mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with evolving priorities Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and enthusiastic about engaging with clients and prospects
This position requires that you work 3 days a week out of our Philadelphia, PA office.
