Join Us We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative to serve as the face of our clinic in the community. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys networking with healthcare professionals, and is passionate about connecting people to life-changing care. This is a hybrid position that requires in-person presence at our Reston, VA clinic at least
three times per week to start , with an ongoing commitment to
at least one day per week onsite . Candidates
must live within a one-hour commute
of the Reston clinic. Benefits Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus opportunities Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Career development and training opportunities A collaborative, purpose-driven work culture Requirements Bachelors degree required Must reside within 60 minutes of the Reston, VA clinic Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-starter with the ability to manage time and territory independently Previous experience in healthcare, mental health, or a related outreach/business development role preferred Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources including medical professionals, mental health providers, schools, and community organizations Promote clinic services through in-person meetings, virtual presentations, and attendance at networking events Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal leadership to grow regional presence Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, contacts, and referral activity Represent the clinic at conferences and community events to increase visibility Serve as a liaison between external partners and internal clinic staff to support client admissions and service alignment Pay: $100,000 - $150,000 per year Location: Reston, VA Apply Today!
