Stabilizes decompensating patients, manages ICU patients on general floors, facilitates higher-level care transfers, and administers IV push medications. Requires RN licensure in NY, at least 3 years ICU experience, BLS/ACLS certification, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. Supports hospital policies, documents care accurately, and maintains patient confidentiality in compliance with regulations.
