Overview
We are seeking an experienced 1st shift Quality Technician to ensure our products meet customer expectations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to think critically, and comfortable communicating within the team. You will collaborate closely with production, utilizing micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and drop indicators. The ability to read and interpret blueprints, hold tolerances of +/- .001, and document findings in Excel is essential. Responsibilities

Document findings in Excel spreadsheets. Conduct root cause analysis. Operate CMMs and Vision Systems. Essential Skills
2+ years of quality experience. Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, drop indicators, and height gauges. Ability to hold tolerances of +/- .001. Proficient in reading and writing English. Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. Ability to perform root cause analysis. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with injection molding, machine shop, or automotive with tighter tolerances. Experience operating Phoenix CMMs and Keyence Vision Systems. Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middlebury, Indiana. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
