Dallas, Texas Position Responsibilities: Serve as a key technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support staff. Analyze application portfolios to identify dependencies, common infrastructure components, and migration feasibility. Design and architect hybrid solutions using AWS and on-premises resources. Guide customers on best architectural choices to adopt AWS efficiently and cost-effectively. Assist in the successful building, migration, and deployment of applications and services on the AWS platform. Present and brief senior executives on customer progress and future platform requirements for onboarding and migration to AWS. Author customer-facing publications such as whitepapers and best-practice documents. Foster knowledge sharing among the AWS solutions architect community. Engage with customers across various roles to define effective cloud strategies and deployments. Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS and ensure that solutions are designed for successful implementation. Position Requirements: A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, with one year of experience in the job offered or as a Database Administrator, Support Engineer, or related role; or a Bachelor's degree with five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience. At least one year of experience in: Designing, implementing, and consulting on distributed applications. Architecting, provisioning, and deploying applications to public cloud or on-premises environments using languages like C++, Perl, Python, Java, Ruby, Node.js, or similar. Working with database architecture, performance tuning, big data processing, mobile app development, or Big Data/Hadoop technologies. Salary Range:
$131,300/year to $177,600/year Amazon is a total compensation company.
