Early Career Programs: Design and manage programs aimed at attracting and developing early career talent, including internships, co-op programs, and entry-level positions.
University Relations: Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities and educational institutions to create a pipeline of top talent and enhance employer branding.
Co-Op Programs: Collaborate with academic institutions to create and oversee co-op programs that provide students with hands-on experience and opportunities for career development.
Skilled Trade Apprenticeships: Develop and manage apprenticeship programs for skilled trades, ensuring the acquisition and retention of specialized talent.
Internal Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement an internal talent sourcing strategy to identify and leverage existing talent within the organization for new opportunities and growth.
Talent Pipelines: Create and manage robust talent pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates for current and future organizational needs.
Requirements Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on talent intelligence and analytics.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the capability to drive data-informed decisions.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of talent acquisition trends, best practices, and competitive intelligence in the industry.
