Position: Data Analyst Posted: 02/03/2025 Contingent upon contract award Location: San Antonio, TX Department: Law Enforcement Applied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) is assembling a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to conduct Higher Headquarters Assessments for US Army Installations on behalf of the US Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM). The team will evaluate all components of the installation's Protection programs using DoD Benchmarks, along with applicable Army, Combatant Command (COCOM), Service Component Command, and IMCOM requirements. The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering computerized crime and incident statistical data from installations, regions, and stakeholders; creating tools for data parsing; analyzing the data to identify crime and incident trends; presenting findings both linguistically and numerically; and recommending courses of action to mitigate or eliminate issues. Additionally, they will conduct risk management framework analyses related to networked law enforcement systems such as E-911 and computer-aided dispatch, including artifact collection, threat and vulnerability assessments, and preparing recommendations for network accreditation decisions. The role also involves researching vendor solutions for equipment such as special-purpose vehicles, biometric systems, and non-lethal weapons, providing course of action recommendations. Further responsibilities include assessing and analyzing the overall physical security, operations, and information security of the organization; managing access control to high-traffic areas and key facilities, including sensors and intrusion detection systems; analyzing physical security infrastructure such as perimeter defenses and barriers; coordinating with local law enforcement and security agencies; overseeing security force training and certification; and reviewing the currency, feasibility, and execution of physical security documents such as surveys, plans, and assessments.
