FMS Analyst – WISLA Phase II/NAREW
to support Poland's development and integration efforts. The analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the timely development of software and hardware interfaces for both the IBCS (Integrated Battle Command System) and external components, supporting key milestone events. This position involves managing component integration, overseeing supplier relationships, and guiding supplier development to meet technical, cost, and schedule objectives. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Interface Development for IBCS and External Components:
Ensure development of software and hardware interfaces meets technical requirements and schedules for Poland development and integration. Capability/Feature Roadmap Development:
Manage a detailed roadmap for integrating four components with IBCS in support of NAREW/WISLA Phase II. Milestone Tracking:
Define, monitor, and ensure timely delivery of integration milestones aligned with project goals. Feature/Capability Descriptions:
Create high-level descriptions of features and capabilities, identifying interface requirements for smooth integration. Leadership Briefings:
Regularly update leadership on progress, risks, and milestones related to interface development. Supplier Development and Defect Management:
Oversee supplier tasks, ensuring quality, technical compliance, and timely delivery. Collaboration:
Work with engineering teams to facilitate component integration and interface alignment. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
US citizenship and residency near Huntsville, AL, or willingness to relocate. Active SECRET security clearance. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in supplier management, component engineering, or procurement, especially in defense or aerospace sectors. Experience with complex system integration projects, preferably in military, defense, or aerospace environments. Understanding of WISLA Phase II requirements and command and control system interfaces, such as IBCS, is a plus. Strong project management skills with experience in roadmaps and timelines. Excellent communication skills for briefings and reporting. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and project management tools. Strong problem-solving skills for technical and supplier challenges. Travel up to 10% required. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with IBCS, WISLA Phase I, or similar defense programs. Knowledge of defense standards, regulations, and certifications. Certifications like CPSM, CPIM, PMP are highly valued. Experience managing hardware and software supplier relationships in multidisciplinary projects. Ability to contribute to proposal efforts and re-competes. Additional Details
