What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day customer needs and interactions for large and complex projects
- Provide customer demonstrations of TRSS tools and capabilities
- Drive client retention and sales goals, assisting in new sales when applicable
- Direct and manage Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) in coordination with delivery teams
- Collaborate with various teams to prepare quality Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) and identify opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5-10 years of client-related experience
- Strong familiarity with Thomson Reuters proprietary data sets and technology
- Excellent communication skills to relate to multiple levels within a client's organization
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance
