MTH Industries is seeking a skilled and experienced Glass Project Manager to lead commercial glazing projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in contract commercial glazing, with a deep understanding of systems including curtain wall, storefront, interior glazing, herculite doors, heavy glass doors, and sidelites. This role requires strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate teams across design, procurement, fabrication, and field installation. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of multiple commercial glazing projects Oversee design, shop drawing submittals and approvals, procurement, and installation Lead teams in planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution Coordinate fieldwork and collaborate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors Identify and resolve job site challenges and technical issues Track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure quality standards are met Provide clear status reporting and proactive communication to all stakeholders Establish best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in contract commercial glazing In-depth knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, interior glazing, herculite doors, heavy glass doors, and sidelites Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Bluebeam experience preferred Excellent communication and leadership skills Organized, deadline-focused, and detail-oriented Must pass a 7-year criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening (Applicants on probation, parole, or in diversion programs cannot be considered) Preferred Qualifications Experience in estimating, bidding, and negotiating glazing contracts Familiarity with CAD, Revit, Advance Steel, and/or Tekla Experience with vendor management and project financial tracking What We Offer Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance and long-term disability Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA, LPFSA, DCFSA) 401(k) retirement savings plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Competitive paid time off package Wellness programs Career advancement opportunities Tuition reimbursement
