General Description:
Drive strategic program execution to advance Valent’s business transformation and operational excellence objectives. Lead cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives that enable key business capabilities through platforms such as Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and Boomi. Ensure program alignment with Short Range Plan (SRP) and Mid-Range Plan (MRP) priorities, focusing on delivering measurable business value, improving process efficiency, and supporting growth initiatives. Oversee complex, high-impact programs from a business lens—managing governance, financials, risk, and outcomes. Serve as the business lead connecting strategic objectives to execution, partnering with senior leaders, functional teams, and enabling IT to drive enterprise-wide change. Navigate organizational complexity, remove barriers to execution, and resolve challenges that impact business delivery. Champion structured program discipline, business value realization, and continuous improvement to ensure sustainable, high-impact outcomes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead high-impact, enterprise-wide programs that enable business transformation across CRM, ERP, Procurement, and Integration platforms. Align program execution with Short- and Mid-Range Plans (SRP/MRP) to accelerate strategic business objectives. Drive development of integrated program roadmaps—defining business outcomes, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource needs. Facilitate executive governance, steering committees, and stakeholder alignment to ensure business ownership and accountability. Manage cross-functional dependencies to deliver cohesive, enterprise-wide change. Partner with legal, finance, and compliance to align program activities with corporate standards and risk posture. Lead proactive risk and issue resolution to protect business continuity and investment value. Track and communicate business performance metrics, financial impacts (CapEx/OpEx), and value realization. Provide business-side leadership for Salesforce, Boomi, Ariba, and SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives. Ensure programs meet audit, regulatory, and J-SOX requirements through close partnership with compliance functions. Drive continuous improvement in enterprise program management and execution discipline.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. 6–8 years of IT program/project management experience, preferably in enterprise IT environments. Demonstrated success managing business systems implementations or integrations (Salesforce, SAP, Ariba, Boomi). Knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies. Experience working with vendors, offshore teams, and matrixed resources. Familiarity with IT governance and compliance frameworks. PMP, SAFe, or comparable certification preferred.

Base Salary:
The estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from:
$110,000 to $133,000 . Individual pay is based upon location, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
Incentives:
All full-time employees are eligible for an incentive program or profit-sharing program in addition to their base salary.
