Job Description ProSidian is seeking an HR Compensation Program Manager (HRC1) to support a federal financial regulatory agency, which provides deposit insurance to depositors in American depository institutions. This role is a Program Manager Labor Category position located near Washington, DC (Remote), supporting banking, financial services, and insurance sector clients.
The role involves providing expertise in employee compensation, pay for performance, and classification consulting services. Responsibilities include reviewing and evaluating compensation programs, analyzing federal regulations and industry best practices, designing and recommending program modifications, developing implementation strategies, and supporting legislative and regulatory change advisement.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating human resources programs, especially in compensation and classification within large, geographically dispersed organizations. A minimum of 15 years of relevant human resources consulting or management experience, including at least 10 years of management consulting, is required. A Master’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
Qualifications Required Experience:
Expertise in designing and implementing compensation and classification programs in large organizations.
Successful experience in innovative pay-for-performance programs, especially in unionized environments.
Proficiency in job analysis, evaluation, and FLSA exemption determinations.
Knowledge of federal laws and regulations related to compensation and classification.
Program Manager Qualifications:
Lead coordination experience with oversight managers.
Expertise in research, design, and communication of compensation and recognition programs.
Minimum 15 years of human resources consulting or management experience, including 10 years in management consulting and relevant project leadership.
MS in business, human resources or related field preferred.
Additional Information Performance will be evaluated based on core competencies such as teamwork, leadership, business acumen, communication, motivation, agility, judgment, and organization. The position may require travel, which will be approved and reimbursed. Security clearance may be required due to the sensitive nature of engagements.
