This is where Chapter Next can be part of your solution. Chapter Next is a 12-16 week paid returnship hosted by RMS. Candidates who have taken a professional career hiatus for at least 1+ years will be eligible to apply to this program. During this returnship participants will become part of a community of similarly experienced professionals with challenging work scopes that contribute to the great innovation produced by Lockheed Martin! Selected candidates will be exposed to comprehensive training, professional development opportunities, networking opportunities, and individual based mentoring. Our goal is to provide the fundamental tools needed to be successful in your career field, and to potentially prepare you for an opportunity to join Lockheed Martin full-time. Fields of focus will be diverse across the program and include functional and technical opportunities. This returnship position is within the Integrated Program Planning organization and will be located in Orlando, FL. This returnship position partners with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions. Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy. Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts. Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored, and statused. Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response. Interfaces with program management, senior management, and the customer as the programs planning integrator. Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts. Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments. Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college in a Business or Engineering related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education - Experience with Production planning and program scheduling - Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Project preferred) - Familiar with Open Plan and PM Compass - Must be a US citizen Job Code/Title

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $41,900 - $73,934. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidates final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
