We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible primarily to repairing equipment with additional scope to offer technical support as well.
Responsibilities
Perform software troubleshooting/Windows updates on computer devices. Conduct equipment repair and maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Analyze technical issues and implement effective solutions. Solder components as necessary for repairs or upgrades. Maintain accurate records of repairs, services rendered, and customer interactions. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements to provide informed assistance.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues effectively. Familiarity with Windows operating systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
