3:00 PM - 1:00 AM, Monday - Thursday

Twin City Staffing is looking for an experienced Lathe machinist to join a growing, family-owned company in Ham Lake, MN. Duties of the CNC Lathe machinist: Set up and operate CNC lathes Perform tool changes, offsets, and edit programs as needed Inspect finished parts for accuracy and defects Analyze specification charts and technical drawings Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools Operate grinders and milling machines as part of the workflow Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain consistent part quality
Requirements of the CNC Lathe machinist: Familiarity with Computer Numerical Control (CNC) systems Ability to read and understand blueprints Minimum of 3 years of CNC lathe machining experience Strong math and measurement skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
