Job Requisition: Senior Computer Scientist (PM) Location: Huntsville, AL (HSV) Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph Education Requirement: Experience-based qualifications Position Overview enGenius Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Computer Scientist to serve as a Program/Project Manager (P/PM) supporting mission-critical technology initiatives in Huntsville, AL. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic project leadership, offering the opportunity to shape and deliver innovative solutions in a national security environment. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Apply comprehensive knowledge across high-impact technical assignments Lead major technology initiatives and evaluate performance outcomes Recommend strategic changes to enhance project success Serve as a technical expert across multiple concurrent projects Supervise and mentor junior technical staff as needed Collaborate with counterterrorism (CT) investigators, analysts, and professional staff Translate non-technical stakeholder needs into feasible technical solutions Build and support technical, business, and end-user documentation Perform programming (e.g., Python), code refactoring, and systems operations Evaluate and implement COTS, GOTS, OSS, and other software solutions Enhance system capabilities, performance, and security through automation and optimization Project & Program Management (P/PM) Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to government and vendor teams Ensure vendor adherence to quality standards and project requirements Manage integration of vendor tasks and track project progress Conduct project analysis and generate performance metrics Contribute to the technical work program of one or more projects Required Qualifications Experience:

8+ years of relevant experience in Computer Science 4+ years of Program/Project Management (P/PM) experience

Technical Expertise:

Full lifecycle engineering project management Development and implementation oversight of contractor-led projects Expert-level proficiency in one or more of the following:

UI/UX design Front-end engineering API development Data engineering

Clearance:

Active Top Secret/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph

Preferred Qualifications Experience contributing to enterprise architecture efforts Conducting engineering trade-off analyses and feasibility studies Developing proof-of-concept prototypes and technical implementation plans Leading engineering reviews and applying commercial best practices Program/Project Management certifications:

Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC)-P/PM Project Management Professional (PMP)
