Oversee multiple projects in both the public and private sectors. Work with in-house superintendents, carpentry staff, and subcontractors. Manage project meetings and ensure efficient close-out and quality control. Perform blueprint and specification reading, scheduling, safety management, and submittal review. Collaborate with project management, subcontractors, and clients professionally. Minimum Requirements:
Reliable and consistent work ethic. Experience in all construction divisions, including ground-up and renovation projects. Proficient in computer skills and problem-solving. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently. Expertise in pre-construction and estimating is preferred. The position is based out of Middletown and involves projects throughout the Hudson Valley. Please send your resume and cover letter. Salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $35 - $70 per hour depending on experience. Office Admin Responsibilities:
Assist ownership with scheduling, answering phones, and business development. Maintain database upkeep and act as the right-hand person for ownership. Assist other office staff (project managers, HR estimators, superintendents, accounting) with administrative tasks. Minimum Requirements for Office Admin:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Capability to handle competing priorities of other staff. Experience in commercial or residential is helpful, but not required. The position is based out of Middletown, with typical hours from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, though some flexibility in hours and days may be expected.
