$110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Construction Superintendent - Multifamily Construction needed for mid-sized residential/multifamily construction projects in New Haven, CT. Candidate should have a knowledge of subcontractors in the New Haven, CT market. Client is builder/developer located in New Haven, CT. They specialize in ground-up and remodel construction projects with property and development clients - specifically multifamily and mixed-use jobs. All of the projects are in and around the Southern, CT. Description Construction Superintendent - Multifamily Construction: Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines. Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports. Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to representatives of the owner or developer, including administrative staff, workers, or clients. Direct and supervise construction or related workers. Prepare contracts or negotiate revisions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, or subcontractors. Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems. Plan, organize, or direct activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, or systems. General knowledge of Building and Construction Codes Profile Construction Superintendent - Multifamily Construction 7+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent 2+ years experience leading as head Superintendent Average project size of $15-$100 million Ground up Multifamily construction experience is a must Construction Management, Architecture, or Relevant Degree a plus but not required Job Offer Large bonuses (typically ranging from 15% - 25% of candidate's base salary) Vehicle allowance or company vehicle Fully employer paid health, vision, dental Paid maternal/paternal leave Flexible hours/Work life balance Paths to senior leadership Diverse portfolio of projects
