If you are passionate about working on unstructured business problems that can be solved using data, we would like to talk to you. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Senior client-facing leads with direct interaction with Business stakeholders, playing a consulting role for Market Access analytics, pitching ideas, developing solution frameworks, etc. Understanding process flows and requirements of Market Access functions like Payer data, SP data, Patient Access, Laad data. Delivering business intelligence and analytical datasets and reports based on requirements. Providing insights related to payer access, brand performance, and contracting outcomes. Applying advanced analytics approaches and methodologies to drive informed decisions. Using advanced analytics to drive business value, including ROI assessment, KPI tracking, and campaign measurement. Leveraging complex data for business decisions, with hands-on experience in predictive analytics, machine learning, and data science using R, Python, Databricks, and visualization tools like Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau. Translating strategy into action, communicating complex issues simply, and planning to resolve issues and mitigate risks. Collaborating with all management levels and consulting with key stakeholders. Presenting to senior management, communicating results, and developing plans to operationalize analytics solutions. Minimum requirements include: 12-17 years of professional experience, with over 10 years in pharma analytics consulting or related roles within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Deep understanding of pricing, reimbursement, and access landscape, HTA processes, and regulatory policies. Strong analytical skills to interpret health economics data and develop evidence-based strategies. Leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects across regions. Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau. Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop HDFS, Hive is a plus. Functional and business understanding of Market Access in commercial Pharma, including pricing, contracting, patient support, and related data sources. Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions. An advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
