Innovating today, Leading tomorrow.” Functional Description: Applies advanced analytic techniques to evaluate program and project objectives in order to analyze requirements, status, budgets, and schedules. Performs management, technical, and business case analyses and oversees the collection, organization, and interpretation of data related to ATC&LS Division acquisition and product programs. Tracks program and project status, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets. Applies Government- instituted processes for documentation, change control, and data management. Ability to utilize project management tools applying EVM methods to produce EVMS reports. Directs and mentors junior analysts, guiding work and ensuring the effective application of analytical techniques and methodologies. Proficiency with the use of Microsoft Excel is required. Required Experience: At least 10 years of combined experience described in the functional description, with at least three years of experience supporting Navy or other DoD programs. Education Requirements: MA/MS degree from an accredited college Or BA/BS degree from an accredited college
