Overview
As a Continuous Improvement Analyst at Givaudan, you will help drive the continuous improvement mindset across teams and departments. You'll support strategic programs, deliver foundational CI training, and coach teams in performance management and problem-solving methodologies. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about streamlining processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and encouraging a culture of growth and collaboration.
You will report to: Continuous Improvement Program Manager Your location onsite: Mt. Olive, NJ
You Will: •Support the preparation and execution of Site/Department strategies and improvement roadmaps. •Help accomplish the Continuous Improvement Maturity Assessment goals and guide culture change across the site through coaching, communication, and cross-functional influence. •Bring creativity to market Continuous Improvement initiatives and flexibly adapting responsibilities based on evolving our needs. •Coordinate tactical and operational CI plans to meet local goals. •Deliver and support CI awareness and foundational training (Intro, 5S, 8 Wastes, Problem Solving) and coach Yellow Belts. •Implement, facilitate and coach Visual Performance Management Systems (VPMS). •Promote and share best practices across teams (e.g., through newsletters). •Guide teams through root cause analysis and selection of CI tools. •Support daily/weekly/monthly performance reviews by setting up Measurements and performance indicators. •Help plan and follow-up for Continuous Improvement Maturity Assessment (CIMA). •Train teams to enhance process and asset efficiency using CI tools. •Help develop CI-related work standards with process owners. •Coordinate and monitor the implementation of CI projects, ensuring progress, partner updates, and accountability.
Your Professional Profile Includes: •A university degree in a relevant field. •1+ year of experience in a professional setting. •Exposure to cross-functional teams and project-based work. •LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt certification (preferred). •Proficiency in English; proficiency in the local language. •Experience in decision-making, meet performance goals, and quickly apply new knowledge in a professional setting.
Compensation and Benefits The established salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 annually. Actual compensation will depend on individual qualifications. Medical, dental, and vision coverage and a high-matching 401(k) retirement plan. #LI-Onsite #ZR
