Our client in Wauwatosa, WI is looking for an Electrical Designer/Engineer who enjoys working on challenging projects for healthcare, senior living and multi-family residential project.nRequired:nn3+ years of electrical design experience for low voltage building systems.nA working understanding of the National Electric Code and model energy codes is required.nCandidates are responsible for creating CAD drawings of their work.nRevit experience is preferred, but not required.nQualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines.nProfessional Engineer licensure or ability to obtain PE is preferred.nnResponsibilities:nnInterior and exterior lighting layout drawings, fixture specification and control systems for code compliance and energy savingsnExterior photometric analysis for community approvalsnNormal and emergency power distribution drawings, panel schedules and riser diagramsnLow voltage system integration and coordination. These include fire alarm, access control, communications, IT/ data, security, nurse/ help call, audio-visualnSystem analysis for fault current and selective coordinationnFollowing completion of design documents, input may be required during the municipal ornhealth department plan review and permitting process.nDuring construction you will be involved with contractors and field staff to answer questions, review product submittals and make on-site observations of the work.nnSalary Range-$60,000-$95,000nPlease submit resume to: or call Wendy 678-802-6616
