The controller will manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions. Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and insights. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets. A successful controller should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven expertise in financial management within the industrial/manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools. Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Effective communication and leadership skills. What's on Offer
